This is where you’ll be updated on the consignment’s movements and if there has been any issues. If the receiver needs to arrange a redelivery, they can do that via the tracking page too (the steps in here will be helpful).

Already lodged an investigation? Just keep an eye on your tracking page for real-time updates. You don’t need to do anything else – we’ll have the results of the investigation back to you within 7 business days.
Depending on the outcome of your consignment’s investigation and your eligibility, you may be able to submit a claim for cover from the tracking page in your dashboard.
From there, we’ll get in touch with you about the cover claiming process.
