But if it’s been over 24 hours since the consignment was picked up or dropped off and you’re a little worried.
Simply contact us HERE and make sure you provide us with your consignment number.
Already lodged an investigation? Just keep an eye on your tracking page for real-time updates. You don’t need to do anything else – we’ll have the results of the investigation back to you within 7 business days.
Depending on the outcome of your parcel’s investigation and your eligibility, you may be able to submit a claim for cover from the parcel’s tracking page in your dashboard.
